Living with symptoms of Addison’s disease?

Addison’s disease, also known as Primary Adrenal Insufficiency, is a rare disease. It has many possible symptoms that are similar to other conditions.

Those with Addison’s disease may have endured the symptoms for some time. It is not always recognised and diagnosed straight away.

Over half of people with Addison’s disease have symptoms and signs for more than one year before diagnosis.

Diagnosing Addison’s disease can be challenging. If no diagnosis has been made at this stage, but you still have symptoms, it is important to go back to your GP.
